"Staff were extremely friendly. Welcoming to our toddler and provided high quality service with a smile. Harsh and the staff at the restaurant were so attentative. The woman in the front who helps with bookings secured a last minute reservation at a rooftop directly in front of the duomo. Stunning views and meal. Thank you for the amazing stay and memorable 40th birthday treats as well thanks to Harsh for going above and beyond. All of the staff were AMAZING and easy to talk with. "

"The most magical place to stay! The Villa and staff are amazing! The massive grounds/gardens are incredible. You must walk 10-15 minutes from the “meeting spot” in the center of town to get to the property so it’s not recommended for anyone who doesn’t want to walk. However, so worth it! We will be back! Ravello is a gem of a town! Pure magic!"

"Christian was extremely helpful and responsive. The "90 steps" property was wonderful. The shower was the first, big, good water pressure, plenty of hot water shower I've had to date in Italy. The place has style, charm and it perfectly located in Amalfi. If you don't like the 90 steps then you probably won't like the Amalfi coast as every town is the land of stairs. "

"The location is great. The stairs are brutal with a suitcase, but I knew about that going in so I can't knock the place. The views for breakfast were great. Check-in was a mess, the host said someone would meet us at the dock, but no one showed. The host does not belong in customer service. I asked if we could have breakfast at 7 so we could have an early start and she told us we would have to make our own breakfast. She insisted breakfast should be at 8:30. "Very nice place and clean. Anna is a great help and has all the info. Cleaning lady - i believe Irina is her name is always checking that you have all you need in your room. Place is located close to the high Street, sea front and all public transport also lots of restaurants and bars in the area. I travel solo and find this place safe, clean, convenient re location and staff more then helpful. Would definitely recommend it. Beata"

Perfect stay
"Everything about our stay at Hotel Poseidon was absolutely incredible. The views of Positano from the terrace are breathtaking. We enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the restaurant- all were wonderful. What makes this place really special, besides the view and amenities, is the staff. The service is impeccable. Something that wasn’t really advertised well that I thought was great was the transfer to the hotel that they arranged for us. The driver picked us up at the hotel in Naples we were staying at beforehand, and we got a private transfer for a much better price than anywhere else I could find. I don’t have anything bad to say about this hotel and I already can’t wait to return!"
