Property reflected a retro vibe, in good taste and authentic. Loved the Disney touches in the Fantasy tower: lit head board with chimes, 'When you wish upon a star" and the Micky bathroom fixtures, private toilet too! The staff super personable and accomodating! Loved the pool! My 13 year old grandaughter was completely charmed!

Everything about our stay at the Disneyland Hotel was excellent. The service was top notch and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the lobby always had a fresh clean look and smell no matter the time of day. It is also conveniently located near downtown disney and the monorail which takes you right into tomorrowland. We cut off alot of time and crowd by using the monorail during early entry. We loved it all and can't wait to stay again.

This resort left me speechless. The rooms are so nice the walk to downtown Disney is so easy. The property is so pretty. The scooter rental left our scooter downstairs. The staff is so nice. It felt like an updated grand how the grand should feel. I can't wait to stay here again. The room service is fast. They told us an hour I was not complaining I was willing to wait they came in 10 min. Love this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay, it was my first time and most likely will not be my last. It was a challenge to walk back and forth to the hotel and parks; my kids where really exhausted but overall they loved it. I would recommend for sure.

Some special Disney touches and rooms were clean, but it is definitely dated for the cost of the room. The slides in the pool were being repaired during our visit which was a bummer, but they did offer access to other hotel pools if we wanted them. The walls of the rooms are really thin, but it didn't effect our sleep. Love the location and the ease of getting to downtown Disney and into the parks.
