You get what you pay for, but this place has bed bugs. My boyfriend & I didnt even sleep under the covers and brought a planket from home to put on top of the bed, i went to sleep with my feet, legs, & top half covered. The only thing exposed was my face and when I woke up I woke up with a couple bites on my face, at least 3. My expectations weren’t too high, we knew it would just be a place to sleep for the night since we were going to Disney that day.

The customer service was very good however, there were several things that seemed to be incomplete such as not having towels for when we showered, the bathroom door could not close all the way, the main door to the hotel room did not lock all the way, unless it was being pressed on very hard, and also the TV had no channels available so we were unable to watch television after traveling. We were able to get towels and the check in process was quick. Overall a solid 3 but would not stay again.

I like the fact that the room was clean with updated flooring & restroom. I’d recommend a few small fixes like the light switch next to bed & in restroom. Including a little patch & paint above sink it was good. Not last nor the least, the staff was very helpful & friendly which I absolutely appreciate. Thank you, —
