I understand the Main water pipe had burst, but when I got there, they told us that the water was off but most rooms it had come back on. They never mention the air conditioning was out. Which caused a major discomfort. Later that night, the water completely went out we could bathe or brush our teeth. I still paid the full amount that night and in no way shape or form tried to compensate us on our inconvenience during the stay. I understand the main water break was out their control, but they have money put away for unforeseen issues like this.

The beds were quite soft and the room was very nice and clean. The bathroom had a full length mirror on it and very good lighting which was good to check out outfits before we went out. There was a mini fridge you could use but unfortunately there was no microwave in the room. The whole hotel had a very nice elegant vibe to it. I would definitely stay again. The only real issue I had was with the elevators and having to press the button multiple times but other than that it was great

Due to conditions out of the hotels control, a water main broke. However, the hotel did not post signs or even mention to new people checking in. Additionally, they turned the air off and did not communicate that either. Sometimes it is not about what you can't do but what you can, you can communicate better. Neighboring hotels did a better job with communication.

Arrived to the hotel I was informed that there was no water! A water line busted in Atlanta causing an outage. I couldn’t shower for 2 nights! I used water bottles that the hotel supplied to take a both. The property was nice and well kept. Just the water issue is my only complaint.

The front desk workers were very helpful, and the workers at the hotel bar were very kind to help us place an order of food to go. The area has many restaurants, and there is a CVS about two minutes away. We would definitely stay here again.

On Friday 5/31 the hotel cut the water. No warning no communication, no accommodations. Not okay for a hotel not to communicate with guests about a water issue. It made getting to airport challenging.
