"I don’t know how I can begin to tell how impressive and excellent this hotel is. The staff at the front desk are knowledgeable and kind and the dining room staff run at minimum a five star service. Breakfast is excellent and the spa/pool are clean and wonderful with hydro therapy and 3 different types of saunas. We would stay for 3 more weeks if we could! Rooms are large updated with a vintage flare and very very clean. We will be back! "

"We loved the pool, sauna, kids club and outdoor space. The overall location was perfect for outdoor adventure in the Dolomites. Overall we had a lovely stay. They even had bunnies and chickens which thrilled our children. Our room was way outdated. I would have preferred one of the more modern rooms. There was construction going on beside the property but it didn’t really bother us since we are early risers. Many of the restaurants in the area were closed.
