"Just stayed a wonderful week at this amazing property. Rented a car from Thompson-Honda fit ($330) for the week. That is all you need. You don’t need a Jeep. Trust me. We went every place on the island you can go and it was fine. Only used 1/4 tank the whole week and we were gone everyday. The Nixon house is perfect for a getaway. Wonderful beach and water just outside of the back of the house. The Bach yard has plenty of palm trees, which you don’t see many of on the island like other places so...

Only issues I had were slow and stressful communication regarding transportation, as well as the shower water pressure. It dribbled. My DIY off-road camping shower had better water pressure."

"Apartment: Awesome, it was a great stay. Located on the east side of the island; it is in a very quiet and safe area of town. The room was as clean as one would expect and it was perfectly comfortable for the 5 days that I was there. The room had wifi and a small kitchenette as well; both came in very handy. Very affordable compared to any hotel that is located downtown and it was definitely worth it. Things near-by: Just a 5 minute walk from the apartment is a budget food mart and a “Solomon’s”...

"Wow! I cannot say enough about this hidden gem! Sulgrave Manor is literally next door to Baha Mar so the location can’t be beat and the unit itself is beautiful! It is newly remodeled and has everything you need- they even stocked the fridge with some breakfast provisions so you don’t need to worry about breakfast on your first morning! Sarah and Rob are amazing hosts and they went out of their way to make sure our arrival and stay went smoothly. We love the Bahamas and the next time we go...
