"I stayed in the IHG hotel in Sanya, China many years ago. I had a great experience there. I booked IHG Kuala Lumpur hoping for the same. However, I was a bit disappointed. The hotel design was quite outdated. The room was wet with high humidity. The bedding felt wet, the paper felt soft and wet. The large bathroom had a small shower, the vanity was old and had stains and broken decor. The lighting was inadequate. I hope an interior overhaul is underway. "
