"Everything was amazing apart from we had a cooktop in our room which we bought food for Mother’s Day breakfast and we couldn’t cook it as the cooktop was not working and then we were told it was working but we weren’t supplied with the correct pans for an induction cooktop. Very disappointing……."

"We were so excited to stay at the Beachmere house but in the end we didn’t get to stay. The house was advertised as being Pet Friendly so we planned to take our two dogs.
