" POSITIVE : This property was in a great location, few minutes drive for the zoo which was perfect! Easy to find, friendly staff very accommodating. We stayed in a cabin type accommodation, had everything we needed & more, big double bed, bunk beds, ensuite, fridge, microwave and cook top. The TV on the wall was a bonus too (able to pivot) to watch in bed, table or bunks etc. Aircon worked perfectly, sufficient storage and amenities were great, lastly - one massive single vehicle park at rear of accommodation too, I have a small car but when we return with 4x4 it’ll be perfectly parked out of the way. NEGATIVE: only one door in and out of accommodation. Neighbours are quite close to you as well (permanent tenants reside here too) be mindful. Shower pressure could be better, however sufficient. NEIGHBOUR (male and female approx. in there 40s were up drinking alcohol and speaking loudly with each other while playing with the dog until 1030-11pm, directly opposite the entrance of accomodation - I literally opened the curtains multiple times (as a - hello we are trying to sleep) gesture without causing any problems. I switched off the outside light. Finally at around 11pm, they were quiet - by this stage I was already feeling tired and annoyed, but slept until 630am. All in all, great location, and value for money too. Will definitely be back - maybe I’ll sit outside and drink alcohol, talk loudly and see what happens…. "After a beautiful wedding in QLD we had the best time staying at this beautiful tiny house. Our host was wonderful, checking that we found our way and even coming to meet us on our arrival, where we meet their goats and got to feed them. The tiny house was clean and tidy with towels, new soaps and clean and soft sheets. In the mini fridge our host provided fresh eggs that were laid by her free range chickens and bacon for us as well to enjoy for the breakfast. It was truely a wonderful place to stay and we enjoyed every moment and our host went above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay."

"The place was in tip top condition in attractive surroundings with a generous food supply. It was very convenient and special to be so close to the National Park walking track. One day, when our ordered taxi didn't arrive, we were, thankfully, saved by a ride from the landlord's son as we had no car, there was no internet and no public bus service!"

"Overall we were VERY disappointed with our stay which was booked as a surprise 50th birthday getaway weekend. The farmhouse itself is absolutely lovely but a few things to keep in mind for the next people staying there - the people visiting before us must have used up most of the tank water as on the first night we noticed the water pressure starting to get lower and lower to almost non-existent. No relaxing bath was ever an option. By the second night it had run out completely!! Clearly not a huge tank so if there is more than 2 people staying you might be in for a bit of a problem with showers, toilet facilities, etc. The beds are unbelievably rock hard so that made for a very unpleasant sleep too. There is no extra blankets available but you do have a column oil heater in the bedrooms (which was needed). There is only one working smoke alarm located in a bedroom, basic pantry items need reviewing, no basic UHT milk or water in the fridge, no fire-starting supplies (apart from damp-ish wood) - basics missing! Probably the most disappointing point is that this property shows quite clearly in the listing that breakfast is included - it’s not! It also shows that WiFi is available - it’s not! I did message ‘Ben’ to ask about breakfast being included when we arrived as I couldn’t see anything in the kitchen and was told that it wasn’t BUT “you can pick herbs from the garden and fruit from the trees or there’s a cafe down the road” - seriously?! Overall - very average."
