I booked a room with a king size bed but I was given a room with double twin bed. I was told there is a complementary breakfast but that was wrong because I had to pay for my breakfast. It will be nice to have a real advert of hotel instead of not having a true information about the hotel….NO FREE BREAKFAST

Our toilet was unique. I powered washed only from the bottom so if toilet paper, or anything else was on the side of the bowl, it didn't flush. When told to the clerk at checkout, all he said was what room? We responded with 415 and he said "Oh, that room". Usually the whole bowl has water flushing down into the throat of the bowl. The room itself was nice, but nothing in the area. Really, nothing.

Close to airport. After our flight was delayed and we arrived after midnight we tried calling the number to the hotel to arrange for the shuttle, kept getting bumped to a line for room reservations. COULD NOT GET THROUGH to actually speak to someone. Finally found alternate transportation which cost us $70 for a quick 10 minute ride to the hotel. Started our vacation off on a bad note. Booked through expedia, someone needs to send their customers the correct instructions for arranging the shuttle.
