Convenient to walk everywhere from the hotel. The room was clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

Check in: good Room: mostly good. Certainly fair for the price. Do note the walls are thin and we were woken up by a noisy neighbour coming home one night. We were happy with what we got for our money. The bad: hotel fire alarm at 4:30am on our last day. No communication or apology from any staff member (it was not a real fire). Had to wait for check out, no apology then for either that or us being up since 4:30. Overall not bad and I would have gone back but was very disappointed in communication on the last day. I expect the odd fire alarm etc in hotels but I also expect basic customer service to follow. Very sour end to an otherwise good stay.

Great location, lots of places to visit within walking distance, plus a range of food options. Room is equipped with kettle, small refrigerator and there are some snacks/drinks for purchase in the room. Good budget room, clean with basic amenities. Could do with some basic maintenance - faucet handle in shower fell off, toilet loud while tank refilling. Would recommend for a good budget option.

Big comfy bed with big tv close to queen Street mall for shopping and food options. The staff were friendly and helpful, car parking onsite was very tight and minimal parking so best to pay the bit extra to park on tank street. The room we found was damp. Was good to sleep in solved a purpose as we didn't spend much time in the room.

The hotel was clean and comfortable for a short stay. The only complaint would be that the plumbing was terrible in the room next door. It sounded like a plane coming into land in our room.

I loved the friendly, professional service from the staff & the immaculate cleanliness of the room & bathroom. The motel is also very handy to the Queen Street Mall as well as the beautiful Roma Street Gardens. For such a minimal price Point had such a wonderful stay.

Was quite and clean and close walk to hospital and Queen Street mall and shopping and good walk to South Bank and museums and entertainment centre etc Small room but adequate for a short visit.
