Great staff and very fast check in and out Doors along corridors were very loud otherwise a great place to stay with good food choices using the Ibis that adjoins the property

Booked a night for an early morning flight. Beds and pillows were outstanding. Check in and out easy. Bar area very small and noone to clean up plates and glasses from at least 2 groups prior. Restaurant service and food was outstanding. I could not get hot water after 5mins, however my partner had no trouble. Walked to domestic terminal (5 mins) for free transfer to international. Every 10 to 15 minutes even on a Sunday morning at 4.30am. The Ibis is attached and they also allow you book things to your room from their bar etc. Great option!

One of the nicer airport hotels but too limited dining. Perhaps at time of booking guests should be cautioned to book reservations asap for meals as we were unable to dine in hotel and were without other options resulting in no suitable food for dinner due to dietary restrictions.

Was very disappointed as the television did not work properly, kept turning itself off and the WiFi was not working which was very inconvenient as couldn’t do flight bookings or retrieve emails my MOB was on charge so was relying on using tablet

Walk from the plane into this hotel is so simple and easy it was awesome. It is both quiet and safe with an excellent onsite restaurant. Room was clean and staff were friendly and on point. I'd stay here again if flying through.
