Pool area is a joke. There are not enough lounges for guests and was an absolute sh** show over the weekend. Try and avoid weekends.

The best level of service I've ever received
An amazing stay at the most gorgeous hotel in a cool part of Brisbane. The level of service provided by the staff was faultless and is the best service I've ever received in a hotel. Good amenities and high standard of rooms. The pool area is amazing if a little too crowded.

Beautiful hotel. The staff at the front desk, pool area and Kaiko were fantastic, obliging and helpful. The Lobby Bar was very slow with their service but food was nice.

The hotel was surrounded by restaurants and shopping and you don’t need to venture very far as everything was downstairs.

Nice hotel but the rooms are a bit lacking with no robes and the room service food is terrible!
