I was a little disappointed that there was very small tubes of shampoo etc for two person stay over two nights and a request for fresh towels seemed to be an extra forty or so dollars. I never mind paying for accommodation so long as I don't have to supplement basics like shampoo or fresh towels, particularly as the nearest shops are about twenty minutes drive away. Mobile reception not great and no wifi. good to go off the grid, however the tv is not working due to bad Arial connection and remote not functioning. If you want to watch sport not ideal. "After having stayed at Chateau Elan a few years back and having a great experience, we decided to revisit, but increase the duration of our stay. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted by welcoming staff, and comforted by a balcony room that was made daily, and overlooked part of their golf course. With nearby restaurants literally a short walk away, it made for some laid back nights. Their onsite Day Spa is well worth planning ahead and making a reservation in advance! "
