Dark, dank, dirty
"Brown carpet and furniture has absorbed years of cigarette smoke, which hits you in the face on opening the door. Dirt, dust, hair visible on and under bunk beds. Kitchen cabinet doors fell off. Dirty dishes in cabinets. Dead and live cockroaches aplenty. Outside deck was lovely."

24 Jan 2019Relaxed friendly little village which has not been built out or spoiled by too many shops and tourism. Close to Mogo Zoo, close to Batemans Bay. Great beaches and a little inlet for splashing around for smaller (and bigger) kids. Will come back .
