Philip in concierge went through a lot of effort to help me get tickets for Jeju Island ferry from Mokpo. Turns out that you can just easily buy them a couple right before you board. "Nice hotel and cafe next door if you want breakfast or brunch. Room is clean, reasonable not to small. Service is okay, my only issue was I had to pushed my 3 luggages on my own to the front counter. No one came to help me at all. My husband had crutches so he couldn't, no one opens the door for us. I have to open the door for him and push the luggages through."
