"We stayed for 3 nights and reserved 2 rooms. First day of arrival, the only elevator was not working and we had to use the stairs until they finally fixed it on our last day of stay. The rooms were spacious and clean however the towels are worn out. Also, there is no air conditioning in the common areas, and can get hot walking up and down the stairs. There is only one restaurant in the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a decent hotel for the duration of our stay. "

It was about 20 mins away from the main city center though so if you wanted to go around for shopping and eating out- you would need to use their private shuttle which is about P650 each way. You can also take a trike for P30 per person but that might be a bit far. There is another eating/shopping area closer to the resort which is about 5-10 mins in a trike. Smaller though. "The staff was wonderful. Trasnportation to and from the airport was excelent and on time. When we arrived there were some issues woth our room which was addressed quickly. The resort overall is a beautiful paradise. The food was amazing. We also did the island tour which was amazing. Our tour guides were awesome and so helpful. I honestly could not ask for more."
