"The pool was not open and we were not told ahead of time. The hotel used to have a animal sanctuary on top that has closed down and that was not stated anywhere on the website. The room temperature controls fluctuated and we couldn't stabilize them. Good staff."

"My wife and l and our 2 teenage boys stayed in the ground floor penthouse near the main pool. Our stay was a welcoming one right from from the beginning at check in. The room was spacious and clean had had all the facilities you would expect in an apartment. Room service daily was an unexpected bonus. We would definitely stay here again as it was the perfect location to all the dining and activities that we needed during our stay."

The only negative was I couldn't get the TV in the living room to work, but I didn't report this since we didn't have much time to watch TV anyway and the bedroom TV was fine. "
