"Excellent location. General facilities are professionally kept and serviced. Two small details impacted our visit. Sofa in-room is tiny and uncomfortable, and the only living room seating. Queen-sized bed was also very uncomfortable to sleep on.
Otherwise kitchen was well-equipped, washer/dryer worked great and shower/bathroom was lovely. "
"There was a problem with the Air Conditioner. I understand these things can happen, but when I reported it to the person, she knew what was happening. So in other words, the problem had been experienced before.
The advice from management was to not use the A/C after they had inspected it. There was no offer to shift us to another room, and if there was an existing fault with the A/C before we arrived why wasn't it repaired."
"Fabulous location. Walking distance to everything and so close to the beach and walking paths. The only issue really was the flights of stairs to walk up as no lifts. Would stay again though because of the location. Love Caloundra after this stay. "
