Everything was fantastic and excellent from the first check in to check out easy to access everything the property was so clean and staff also was helpful, the restaurants, the bars and cafe were so clean and tasty, everyday you have a lot of activities to do and specially the night shows were amazing . Will come again.

This was our second time to stay at Hyatt Zilara Cancun. The first time was seven years ago. Not a lot had changed. One thing that was missing this time was fresh fruit. On our previous visit, there was huge fresh blackberries available at each meal every day we were there. There were none this time. No fresh strawberries, also. However, the food was great. Service was great. Everything was clean. We especially enjoyed Punta Vista for breakfast and lunch. Auturo was our favorite waiter! We asked to be seated at one of his tables each time. He was so friendly and helpful with the menus. Our room was lovely and clean. However, we only got the turn back service one evening out of being there seven nights. There was only one evening we were in our room when someone knocked on our door to come in to do the turn back service. So, we understood why we did not receive it that evening. We enjoyed the snacks in our room. We loved the cabanas down by the pool. The pool is so clean, lovely and relaxing. We enjoyed the coffee shop more than once daily. The ice cream is heavenly! Many flavors daily to choose from. Everyone goes out of their way to make their guests happy. We have no complaints about any of the employees. The Hyatt Zilara Cancun is a marvelous place! We, also like that it is for adults only. I do recommend avoiding the time share people. If you know you are not interested, do not let them waste your precious vacation time. Just keep walking.
