"Setting is fabulous, outlook fantastic, food incredible. All restaurant venues quality of food was excellent. Majority of staff were excellent, (Atama a standout). Staff need senior management in all areas as some staff were standing around talking more than serving. (Especially at the main pool area). This is not the young kids fault but lack of investment by upper management to supply and enforce high hospitality standards"

"Amazing stay outside the busy season. Beautiful Whitsunday surroundings and friendly staff. Main complex has been renovated well. The only two points to criticise where a slightly unloved other end of the island and an unimaginative breakfast buffet, that has lost its charm after the second day. Room for improvement here. But otherwise: we loved it"

"Fran & Paul were extrenely welcoming. We booked fit my birthday & for my parents visiting from UK. on arrival we were tild our room had been changed to Frans favourite apartment, Panorama. When we were shown into the apartment, all i can say is WOW! What a view, what an aoartment, bith absolutelt stunning! Fran had also ledt me a beautiful hamper of bubbles & cheese, crackers & nibbles, and on our beds a bar of tobelerone! Amazing managers, stunning apartment, we will definately be back!"
