"Pros - Immaculately clean. Lovely room and grounds. Well equipped room with comfortable bed. Easy check in process. Cons - little far out of town. Needs sound proofing - could hear neighbours every sound-(foot steps, alarm clock, talking and jug boil)"

"I would never go there again owner was staying vin room behind my room thin walls and ironing board was leaning against our wall and it got knocked by movement on the access door adjoining room 2 as we were placed in room 1 . "The layout and furnishings are basic and definitely not worth $229/night. The hot water ran out after 5 minutes, so that was pooh. Of the dozens of BNB stays, this was the only one that we felt ripped off by and think a $100 should be refunded. 😠"

Heating in lounge was cosy and rooms had individual aircon units which were independently managed. Very well equipped kitchen and great a great position. Nice to have a backyard area to bbq and enjoy. I'd definitely go back for another visit."
