"We had an amazing getaway! The property had everything we needed and more. So much space for us and our little dogs - we’ve all come home relaxed and refreshed! Plenty to explore on the property, the pool was amazing to cool down in every day and before bed, feeding the friendly horses and cows, and collecting freshly laid eggs for breakfast from the chickens. Only short drive away to local breweries for lunch. Highly recommend, thank you for having us!"

"Very good accommodation in a beautiful country location. Rooms are great, ample for our group of nine, and facilities generally good. We stayed last year for five nights over Xmas and did the same this year. Had a great time overall. Negatives are the cleanliness of things like saucepans, knives and some drawers, the amount of food left in fridge door and cupboards (some looks pretty old), and the bluntness of all the knives (knife sharpener would help). These things are readily fixable, which...

"Great for a big group - plenty of roomm and open spaces, plenty of facilities."

"We enjoyed the location and the bedrooms were as listed. There was enough space for 8 of us in the house and on the deck and we enjoyed our time together. The garden was beautiful but furnishings were a little worn. The paddle equipment (kayaks, standup paddle board and surf ski) were lots of fun. However the back rest connections were rusted so couldn’t be used. Although we were a little disappointed, we were happy overall and would stay there again."

It is next to a perfect walking path alongside the lake. Perfect house for our needs with a huge main area to socialize in, with a real holiday atmosphere. "

"We stayed here for one night at the weekend with my baby girl, husband and 2 couple friends. The house was amply spaced for the 7 of us, it had everything we needed including oil, coffee, a lovely selection of tea. It’s the perfect comfortable base to the hunter region. I cannot recommend this place enough. To top it off, communication with Jodie the host was quick, easy and hassle free- overall a great experience and we’ll cherish forever."

"This is the second time in 2 years that we have stayed here, it is so central to the vineyards whilst also being off the main roads of Cessnock, the hosts accommodate people travelling with their dog, the house is well set up, there is a lovely outdoor area, safe yard for dog with a safe indoor area for a dog to stay in also, we enjoy it here and will return again next year!"
