Thankyou for your feedback Amanda. These items have been replaced with a more environmentally friendly option. The larger refillable bottles are located by the sink and in the shower. We do still have some smaller amenities available on request.

Thankyou for your feedback Jazmin we do have optional milks available on request in the breakfast service. Our shower heads have not long been replaced so thankyou for bringing this to our attention, I will pass this onto the maintenance team. We hope you can stay with us again soon!
