"Excellent room - upgraded to a King size room due to the excellent price. Gave me lots of room for my knee scooter. Room was clean and spacious. Very clean and bed was so comfortable. I slept for hours! Heaters very efficient. Workman woke us up with local road works but this would only be temporary and not related to the hotel at all. "

"Overall a nice experience. A couple of observations though: the room sevice breakfast was cold and you needed to call and ask for butter for your toast. For a 5 star establiahment, it should be a given and provided with your breakfast including a selection of jams, jellies or spreads . Another criticism is that different staff constantly asked if everythjng was okay every few minutes while i was having dinner in the tea rooms. This became very annoying. "Most things were ok. The exhaust system in the bathroom though was terrible. Everytime I showered the mirrors were left with a thick film of vapour that took ages to disappear. There’s a fair bit of noise during the day from the work nearby. Mostly tolerable. The reception staff were mostly ok."

"Loved the choice of areas to dine and drink..convenience of being on site .Safe parking.i feel the rooms need a little updating as we have stayed here a few times over the last 5years and have stayed in the same room (which I like that room!) but have noticed a few things need repair in the bathroom and curtains don’t really pull back or close properly..very minimal but sometimes little things matter.Great bed very comfy!"

"View from the room is amazing. The property is pretty new so all the unit and facilities around the hotel is really good. One improvement I suggest is the Duty Manager I spoke to last Saturday, 25 May is quiet hierarchical which makes me feel she is above me and no sense of reality that she is dealing with a guest. She put words in my mouth and make it an advantage for her rather listen and understand properly the discussion that we have. She hang up on me as well whilst talking to her. Overall...
