"The six of us were very pleased with number 18 :-) There was a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, and as stated wonderful views! I enjoyed sitting on the wall near the boat ramps enjoying the waves and the seabirds and the scenery in general. It was a short drive to Clonikilty, Skibbereen, Mizen Head, and also into Cork, "Short" being a relative term as most of Ireland is a bit of a drive from any point A to B. We were very satisfied with this rental and definitely...

Charming Old Farmhouse, Beautifully Restored - ideal base to explore SW Ireland
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, 10 reviews
"We completely enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as described. There were so many touches that show that the hosts have worked really hard to ensure that their guests are comfortable. It's a combination of old world in a farmhouse over 200 years old with restored stone walls, old family photos and original furniture with modern touches such as USB ports, modern lighting. It's a very thoughtful property. We hope that we have the opportunity to stay there again."

Tullig Rock Country Cottage
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, 6 reviews
"I have stayed at both the cottage and main house before. Minor issue with wifi this time but that was quickly rectified. The unseasonably cold weather during the first few days of our stay made the cottage very chilly until heat was turned on but that's Irish weather. Once weather returned to seasonal norms, there was no further problem. Very comfortable for two people but would be a stretch for any more. Excellent value."

We took her advice - less can sometimes be more - and explored and enjoyed the local coastline and experieces to the full, ensuring we have to come back for more!! The fresh eggs and salmon kindly provided were a breakfast treat sitting out in the sunshine and later that evening enjoying our bottle of wine in the setting sun, what a glorious spot and lovely accomodation."

"I stayed here with my girlfriend for a week in August this year. We had a very enjoyable stay. The location is excellent with stunning views over the Courtmacsherry bay and within walking distance of both Courtmacsherry and Timoleague.
