"Nice, quiet hotel with decent rooms. The heated pool was nice. The restaurant selection in the area was great and shopping nearby by! It's a little trashy on the back side of the building. Felt uncomfortable going to and from my car at night. "

"Service was amazing. Food at elements was ok.. definitely price. My salmon was dry and overcooked. My friends rib sandwich was very overlooked. The breakfast buffet was not good. If i were the chef i would never have put the gravy for the biscuits and gravy out that way. It was expensive and sub par. The server also did not know what screwdriver was and said they couldn't make it. But was able to put together a mimosa? Otherwise the service was wonderful. Just dont eat at the hotel. "

"The hotel is like a museum. We were upgraded to the Roosevelt Suite. It was a perfect setting. Easy walking to all the downtown area. Your favorite place to stay!"

"The staff was amazingly helpful and pleasant. The food from the Apple Blossom restaurant was delicious and presentation was always eye-pleasing. Close enough to the Denver Conference Center. The only reservation I had is with the immediate surrounding area of the hotel which I didn't feel very safe and so made sure I was at the hotel by a certain hour. Otherwise, lovely hotel, nice decor and great room service. Room was modern, cleaned freshly daily and housekeeping was very personable and helpful. Lovely overall hotel experience."
