I normally don't ever write reviews, but this was by far the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. If I could give is 0 stars I would because it was so awful I had to cancel my stay for the next 3 nights. I booked this for myself and 3 of my friends, and was aware of the fact that it was a budget hotel, but it was truly unliveable. Firstly, the bathroom is a joke, literally the smallest space and it smelled like a public bathroom full of urine. The toilet and shower were maybe a foot apart and there was no ventilation so it was so hard to breathe. Secondly, my bunkbed smelled like feet and even after getting rid of the dirty sheets, it still smelled. We had told the front desk these issues and changed our reservation right away, but unfortunately still had to spend the night as it was already night time by the time we realized all this. The front desk staff did not really seem very surprised about our concerns, and did not even bother to come up to assess our space. I ended up sleeping on the floor as the bunk bed still smelled of feet and it was just the most disgusting stay. Oh and thirdly, the toilet clogged in the morning and I had to keep pouring water into the toilet bowl for it to flush. I don't understand how this place can call themselves a hotel, this was more like the dirtiest hostel you can imagine. Please do not stay here, it is a health risk and I cannot express my disgust enough.
