He always was able to be reached and handled any issues we had. He decorated our room which was beautiful and made sure we had everything the honeymoon package included. "This was our 3rd time at the majestic resorts. We have already booked a 4th. The staff could not be friendlier. We had Junior as our Butler and he could not have been nicer or more accommodating if he tried. Threw in special decorations for our anniversary and for our daughter’s graduation. All we had to do was ask for something and he was all over it. The food is top notch and there is something for everyone. The shows were professional and fun as was the talent that moved around the resort everyday for games, yoga, dance lessons, etc. “Hot Chocolate” could be a fun director anywhere. Always moving, dancing, and making sure people were having fun. We look forward to seeing them all in February!"
