"Very friendly and hospitable hotel. Location is close and walkable to main town square in Fira which is where all the restaurants, bars and shops are - this is great as it’s close to all the action while located in a quiet/non busy area. Only downside is the shower was quite small and hard to use, easy to get water everywhere. There is also a scooter/ATV rental place run by the same family which makes it super convenient. The staff are amazing and make you feel like family, the view is unmatched, the food is great and extremely fair in price, the location is perfect and a walk to many things and a short drive to everything. Staff is nice, food is average, the spa has a lot of options and great service, the mini market is very handy and activities are great for people with small children. Would have been nice to have a bit more animation in the evening for grown ups, all inclusive cocktails are unfortunately really bad quality and we didn't like that you had to pay an extra for the premium option. Overall it's a good value for money option, but not really a 5 stars. "

"We had a great few nights at Marbella, the hotel had great facilities, the private beach was our favourite. There was a lot of choice of food, we were very impressed with the selection at the buffet and the gyros from the beach canteen were great! We were also given a free room upgrade which was a lovely treat, the room was newly renovated, spacious and comfy."

"We absolutely loved the Bella Santorini. Lena was so warm and welcoming to us all, as was Sophia. The hotel is lovely and clean, and the rooms are cleaned daily. Alex on the bar was really kind and helpful, even cooking off menu for my extremely fussy daughter. Lena even took us on a guide tour of the island which was wonderful. We loved this hotel so much and totally recommend ."
