"Excellent room - upgraded to a King size room due to the excellent price. Gave me lots of room for my knee scooter. Room was clean and spacious. Very clean and bed was so comfortable. I slept for hours! Heaters very efficient. Workman woke us up with local road works but this would only be temporary and not related to the hotel at all. "

For a 5 star establiahment, it should be a given and provided with your breakfast including a selection of jams, jellies or spreads . Another criticism is that different staff constantly asked if everythjng was okay every few minutes while i was having dinner in the tea rooms. This became very annoying. "View from the room is amazing. The property is pretty new so all the unit and facilities around the hotel is really good. One improvement I suggest is the Duty Manager I spoke to last Saturday, 25 May is quiet hierarchical which makes me feel she is above me and no sense of reality that she is dealing with a guest.
