"Very disappointed with this hotel. Rude unhelpful staff. “S.P.A.” hotel yet you have to pay 35€ per person to use the pool. There is a kitchenette in your room but you’re not allowed to use it. There aren’t even glasses to drink out of. Our balcony was completely flooded we reported it on day one and no one came to fix it. There is a kids club but they just put on movies and feed the kids cake. Would not recommend at all"

"Don't bother. This is far from a 4* as advertised. The hotel is old and run down and the service is poor. Also, not close to any lifts so you'll have to drive and either pay for parking or try to find a slot on the road. There are much better hotels closer to the action that are cheaper too (some advertised as only 3* but much better than this one). Hopefully Hotels.com are able to acquire them to make better options available to their customers."

"Although initially skeptical because of the relatively low price for the area, it turned out to be more than sufficient for our needs. The breaskfast (included) was more than enough. We had dinner in the hotel resurant one evening and it was a very home cooked meal with good sized portions at a relatively moderate price for the area.(Typical southern Tuscan mushroom and sausage dishes with very fresh vegtables, excellent house red wine,too) I recommend asking for a room with a view over the back...
