"This is listed as “entire property to yourself” but it’s several bedrooms in a house. Other facilities bathroom, kitchen etc are shared which it also says so inconsistent description Key lock system was broken and had to wait in the cold for someone to driver over and bash the key off the wall with a hammer. This is not the type of property experience I wish to experience again. Property tried to refuse a refund when hotels.com contacted them directly. one of the messiest hotel experiences...

"Its extremely centrally located, which made it super easy to walk everywhere I wanted to go. The property was easy to check in and out from. I was in one of the small loft rooms, and the room was clean, there was plenty of space for me to spread out. My window overlooked the back garden which offered a sense of privacy, especially since I had the window open most of the time. Overall, a wonderful stay - would highly recommend, especially for a soli traveller."

"As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. If you do stay in this room just switch the blanket on and wait an hour you might not be able to feel it to the touch but once you get into bed you’ll feel it. There was plenty of tea & coffee plus nice little touches like water chocolate...

"The staff are all lovely - this is the 2nd time I have stayed here as it's close for visiting relations. Rooms are lovely except that you can't really open the windows (in the rooms I've been in) as they open over the roof where the extracted fans are for the kitchen :( Food is excellent - had breakfast & evening meals there. Will definately stay here again!"

"Perfect Location, just minutes walk to the beach and nice play park for the kids. Close to plenty of places to eat. Beach is beautiful. Views from the house is stunning. The cooker, decking and downstairs ensuite shower need some tlc but that didn’t effect usage or us having a fantastic time. Will definitely be coming back!"

"We waited until the last minute to book a new year's Eve vacation in London. Hotels were booked so we turned to vrbo and found this house. We could not have been more pleased. It was very easy to get to from the train station and within walking distance of portobello road and lancaster street and so many spots of interest. Very safe and lovely neighborhood. We had dinner the first night at one pub and it was amazing. Our last night my husband and I went out to dinner at an italian restaurant and...

"It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay ."

"The house was excellent for visiting the Co-op Live arena, 15 minutes walk max. The house itself was a little lacking, it was old and could do with an upgrade. The ceiling lights upstairs didn't work which was dangerous as the stairs were very steep. I don't think very good for older people or families. There was no table to sit at to eat and no chairs just the bed settees which were very low. I wouldn't have liked to be there for more than the one night"

"A truly beautiful house immaculately maintained and very well appointed. The kitchen has everything to offer to prepare a real family meal although we only prepared our breakfast to enjoy it on the terrace. Bedrooms are spacious and homey but fresh and modern at the same time, the large bathroom (with luxury shower) plus another smaller bathroom made the accommodation for a group of 6 comfortable. Location wise - just perfect! Not even a 5 minutes walk to the new Nine Elm Station, from where...

"Lovely apartment in Kensal Green area, short walk to Notting Hill. A few minute walk to Kensal Green tube station and the Bakerloo line for easy trips into desired areas of London. Host Laura was a wealth of information and ready to assist in any way but also totally unobtrusive. Highly recommended!"

"We absolutely loved staying at Roger’s home in Keswick! The three of us had plenty of room, all of the amenities we needed, and a beautiful garden courtyard to spend time together. It is a nice walk on a footpath to town, and a short distance to the Castlerigg Stone Circle. Roger was very helpful and gave us great recommendations for our stay in this gorgeous area. We hope to get back there again!"

"Excellent lodge, clean and tidy. Milk,eggs and bacon in the fridge. Fresh baked bread and a birthday cake for my dad left on the side. Location very quiet, pheasants and a goose visit daily. Very nice owners who asked when they saw us if we needed anything. Will be visiting again."
