"Checking in was easy as the info was sent to me the day prior to check in. We didn’t know what to expect except number of bedrooms, bathrooms & pool since they combine all photos of all their houses on every listing. If you don’t care what to expect then not a big deal, I like to see exactly what the house looks like but didn’t realize that until after arriving. The house was clean & ready for us. "This property was amazing! Upon arrival the host was in contact with all the information and made getting to the property very easy and is exactly as shown on the site. This is a very safe area with everything within walking distance- Duval St, beaches and restaurants. The pool is clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this VRBO if visiting Key West and if available for my next visit will use it as my spot to stay!"

"The house is great and so is the area. The "waterpark resort" was overrated. The controlled entrance was a plus! The house itself needs some renovations. It also had a couple renovations that were poorly done. The missing stair lips kinda sucked as it hurt to walk on them. Would stay at Windsor Hills again"

"The resort is well laid out but is showing signs of wear and tear. The hot tub didn’t work until the last day of our week there. They have played Jenna with other features. They used to have a high end coffee and hot drink machine. That has been replaced with a cheaper and more basic one, with fewer options. Less staff available and the main building closed overnight. The World Golf Hall of Fame is no longer in the adjacent facility and the whole space feels like a ghost town. The people...

"We really enjoyed the house. The description was great. We have stayed in Windsor Hill before and can say this was a nice home. The neighborhood as always did not disappoint. Hosts we're prompt to respond to any questions and made the check in and out process easy. We would stay here again."

"I honestly loved this property, carperted areas needed deep cleaned(( maybe replaced.. lots of dark stains even felt unclean)) water in upstairs secondary master bathroom shower was wonky, got cold showers if used, but we made due plenty of other bathrooms, we just like have a person space."
