"A short walk to town, beach, pool and lake, or a flat bike ride made it an ideal location for us. The garage was large enough for our hatchback car and our two bikes. "Location was good, being walking distance to One Mile Beach and the sand dunes. There were also a couple of coffee shops within walking distance. The accommodation was not very clean. There was a smell of dog, sticky carpet, stains and lots of dust behind the mattresses and in the toilet area. Price was reasonable but even for an older furnished house the cleanliness issue was not expected."
