"This was our 2nd time staying here and it was just as good if not better than the 1st time. The location is great! We were there for Memorial weekend so it was a little busy but if you are good with walking parking isnt a big deal. Place is clean, host is awesome and super close to main strip on Balboa. This place is perfect!"

"Our stay were was fine. The king beds were comfy, the unit was comfortable and we had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The extra twins beds are not a full twin length and anyone taller than 64 inches wouldn't want to sleep on it. We didn't love the part of town it was in but never felt unsafe. "We enjoyed our stay at Jenn's place. It is very nicely decorated and is well stocked with all we needed. The location is nice with respect to freeway access and access to groceries, dining, etc. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the house is, especially because the street is a bit busy. The gated parking is awesome...we felt very safe and secure. We would definitely stay here again."

"This is a wonderful place for two people. Very cozy and everything you need. Exrea tiuches were the wine and fresh flowers. It was even great to be able to have a couple over for becerages and snacks before dinner. Would live to stay again when we're back in LB."

"Place is very vintage and beautiful. Had a nice window to show the street of Longbeach. Since it is a very old house, they included portable a/c which can be noisy but works great. Floors are creaky. Great spot to be close to places but street parking is competitive, especially on cleaning days.
