"Spacious and super clean beach house with a really well appointed kitchen within 3 minutes walk of the beach. The local convenience store is fantastic - great burgers, rolls and fish and chips and with a really good selection of groceries. Lots of nice cliff top and beach walks nearby. Highly recommended."

"What a lovely old house we had such a lovely relaxing chilled weekend. So lovely and clean cosy and warm and comfy beds. Only 20 mins. from Launceston and the town of Exeter only Minutes away from the house for supplies. Lovely and quiet. There were only 3 of us but plenty of room for at least 8 adults. We will be back when next in the area again such a lovely view over the Tamar Valley. Cheers Maree. K and Friends"

It was very centrally located to family in Launceston and Paper Beach enabling us to enjoy the comforts of a spacious and well appointed home while visiting family. Close to Grindelwald, while we didn't utilise the facilities here this time we will certainly consider staying here again. 15 minutes into Launceston is very handy, Legana close by for groceries, takeaways, tavern meal, bottleshop, anything we needed. "Six family members stayed here for the Christmas week whilst seven others were in a nearby house. Unlike some Greens Beach houses Rick's place is a shack, but with plenty of room and we'll equipped for our group.The high speed NBN was an unexpected bonus. Recommended."

"We stayed while working in the area the house was very clean tidy and had everything we needed great place to stay. It is the 3rd time we've stayed will be back next year"

"Over all very happy. A couple of reasons we will not go back -- 1. we are in our seventies and the steps are a bit dodgy especially with nectarines on them as they were when we were there. Get slippery when they rot. In saying that the gardener did come to clean them up -- 2 Once again with our age climbing into a bath to have a shower was a bit dodgy. Oh to be young again."

"This house became home during our 5 week stay. Beautiful, comfortable, welcoming. My husband set up in the office and I found the media room quiet and still. The location was ideal; overlooking the Tamar River. It was also 5-10 minutes to a main road, giving us time to adjust to driving on the left side. There’s a public lap pool within two miles with an incredibly high and curvy slide. Plus a large children’s playground with some exercise platforms for adults. There’s also a major grocery store...

"The room was clean, the bed comfortable, however guests need to know there's no iron or ironing board, washing dishes is very awkward out of a small bowl which doesn't accommodate the dinner plates. There was a very musty smell when entering the room, and the sink push plug was broken abd the sink was full of water on arrival. "
