"A comfortable and clean apartment with nice beach views as promised. Well located about ten minutes walk from Cavill Avenue (if that’s your thing), right at a light rail station. There’s a convenience store downstairs (and a cafe … which I didn’t particularly rate my eggs bennie at).
Patrolled beach is almost directly across the road.
Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning unit in each room. Comfortable lounge. TV with Foxtel. Balcony with outdoor table and chairs. Lovely outdoor areas with...
"Great property right in the heart of Broadbeach. I stayed in a 2 bedroom. It was lovely, very comfortable and extremely convenient. I arrived late and was escorted to the East Tower internally where my apartment was situated. The apartment I had was beautifully appointed with a massive television and was extremely clean and modern. "
"It was a great option for a family with young children. Our kids loved the splash park, waterslides, and the various pools. Facilities were great. Location was convenient, close to cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. Staff were friendly and helpful."
"Value for money! Greta little one bedroom apartment. Wear and tear is there as it’s not a brand new resort, but it was clean, fresh looking and a really great size. It was a super busy weekend with the Fisher beach concert on yet staff were friendly and relaxed at reception. Highly recommend "
"Apartment is a bit dated, and few minor issues like leaking tap, lose tap, and tile floor felt a bit oily. Overall still quite clean though, beds are comfortable, aircon unit pretty solid. Lovely view from the balcony. The best thing is the pool facilities, my son just loved every minute of playing in allt he 3 different pools. Location is quite central, would recommend, esp for young families! Pricing is also reasonable. "
"We had an excellent stay with other family members! Everyone enjoyed themselves, both adults and kids, and it ended well with the breakfast buffet the morning we left! The whole stay was excellent value!"

"We had a lovely stay at Greenmount Beach House, an older accommodation but extremely clean and comfortable with a very comfy king size bed. We even received a room service on our 2 night stay which was unexpected but very welcoming, would definitely recommend, great value for money"

"The reason for my overnight stay was related to business which meant a late check in and an early check out. The property was beautifully maintained, quiet, all the staff were so accommodating and friendly, car parking was easy. The Japanese restaurant was wonderful. I would definitely stay at RACV Royal Pines Resort again. Thankyou for looking after me."
