"The woman working the front desk was SO friendly! There was a small shop in the reception area for guests to purchase snacks and goods. Our room was very clean and the air conditioning worked great! The coffee and tea station in the room was very nice as well. The only thing I have to say is that there are some glass slits at the front of the room for guests to open and close like windows. "We stayed for a week with our 7yo, what an amazing family orientated place! We enjoying lazing around in the pools, spa and playing with our son on the waterslides and splashpark. Mini golf was excellent as was the meals in the cafe. The place is kept immaculate and maintained, grounds and accomodation. The staff were very helpful and helped book our adventures with free transport from there. Downside, nothing honestly. "
