Great location. Very clean, friendly staff who welcomed all guests personally, offered a good deal for taxi to the airport. Good variety for breakfast buffet- noticed how they paid special attention to the food for guests who might be vegans.

Gave us good recommendations of things to see, where to get the best dishes and the food we should try, we went to Quan an Nho for dinner and It’s really delicious as Sulli recommended for us. Jenny helped us book a bus to Sapa and gave us free water when we were leaving to take on our way. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable with black out curtains. Very happy with our stay

Amazing helpful and pleasant happy staff especially Jimmy. he go out of their way to help with anything - sewing repairs, and even a free motorbike ride to an appointment. Very close to lake and a beautiful catholic church in the old quarter. Close to fab restaurants and great shopping. Room is adequate.

The hygiene situation in the hotel is excellent, and the housekeeper will clean your room every day. Decorate with royal grandeur, cleanliness, and tidiness. The staff is extremely pleasant and always eager to serve us. Although the elevator is on the second floor, Bellman Viet Anh assisted us with our luggage, for which I am grateful. Check-in was quick, and Jimmy and Sulli gladly showed us around several interesting locations. Summer in Hanoi is really hot, so I scheduled a tour to Ha Long at the hotel. I enjoyed a lovely stay at the Hanoi Royal Palace Hotel.

The location of the hotel within the Old Quarter is so convenient which allows for a short walk to the Hoan Kiem Lake and it is surrounded by many shops and restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay at this boutique hotel. Exceptional service especially from the ladies in reception. So friendly and welcoming! Great position in the Old Quarter close to restaurants and shops. Very comfortable room with breakfast included. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Hanoi.

The staffs (Jimmy, Jenny, Sulli and Vietanh) at the hotel are polite and helpful. They were able to assit us wwith everything we needed. I stayed here three times I'm different rooms I loved the twin sharing the most , beds are comfortable.The breakfast had a variety of options and with a bit of a city view which was lovely. The location was amazing in a crowed street but close to the hang Da market and the bank of the old quarter. I'll definitely stay here again.
