"Check-in was OK but had to wait a while as there was a queue and only one member of staff on duty, so suggest more reception staff needed to avoid delays checking in. Room 816 was good but sorry to report several carpet stains were very visible. Tissues in the bathroom had not been checked as only two left in the box. All staff at reception and the restaurant were very customer focused polite and friendly."
