"Overall, an okay little house. As other reviews state, both mattresses should be replaced. One is cheap and you feel the springs clearly, and the other is long in the tooth. Fridge had been replaced, but the old one bizarrely left on the deck next to the front door (!?). BBQ dirty on arrival. Didn't use it because of that. You get what you pay for with this one. Bird droppings all over the deck."

"Called oz realty. Lovely girls in the office brought towels to help with the leaking front door. Continual leaks meant we walked on sodden towels for three days. Or had to mop up puddles in the kitchen. Very LOUD plumbing and toilet had to be turned off at night because it was running constantly. This was a great little studio. Beautifully appointed and an amazing comfy bed. Shame that building/maintenance issues have been overlooked"

"The only toilet had access available only externally, very inconvenient after sunset in dark and cold breeze. Mould on bedroom joinery and in shower, and a lot of incomplete joinery with gaps and rot and rising damp evident. No hot water plumbed to bathroom vanity."

"Mincke was a beautifully bespoke whalers cottage, with fabulous curation reflective of its heritage. Everything we could ever want and need was catered for. We’re now feeling relaxed and restored after a long weekend away."

"It was very clean and in a good location. The only thing is rubbish was left in the bins in the house. "

"Very relaxing stay in this amazing place. The owners went to the effort of ensuring firewood was readily available, the kitchen had all the little things (salt, pepper, oil etc) and even a bottle of wine on the counter. We loved the stay and will definitely be back."

"Secluded yet accessible location. Beautiful surroundings with the inlet and beach. Excellent facilities including 4 bbqs and 2 pizza ovens. Very relaxing stay "
