When our dishwasher broke, maintenance was sent up immediately and replaced it with a new one. My only real complaint is that they charge for daily parking even if you are a guest at the hotel. It seems like an unnecessary money grab, especially considering you are already a paying customer. Additionally, I was not informed about the parking fee...

There was not a microwave in the room (we were there 4 nights). "
