"A fantastic place to stay! We found this place on the day that Kona airport closed due to a runway crack. Diana is a great host. We arrived there almost midnight, Diana waited for us and helped us get settled in. Next morning, we woke up to an amazing sea view. Diana showed us around and gave us a very thorough guide to nearby scenic spots. It is very close to the best snorkeling spot on the Big Island. "We enjoyed our stay immensely. The property was perfect for our family of 8. We used all 4 suites and the bedroom in the main house. We appreciated that there were some staples available like paper towels, spices, etc., as well as everything needed for coffee. We also appreciated the breakfast items, the basket of treats and the morning coffee all ready to pour. Thank you Kyle & Maza! We used the grille, the flattop, the jacuzzi and the fire pit. In the game room, we enjoyed playing a few games...

"The view was great. The room was large. I was a little disappointed that the owner did not let me know that breakfast was not included with the lower level room. She said it was because the lower room had a kitchen, but I was not made aware of this until after I arrived. "

"Dragonfly Ranch is surrounded by green and the song of frogs and birds. I stayed in a room with a delightful view of trees then ocean. Dragonfly is only about a 6 minute drive from a great beach for snorkeling and swimming - Two Step, right next to the Pu'uhonua o Honoaunau (Place of Refuge), which is well worth a visit. Staff was attentive, friendly and helpful. I look forward to visiting again in the future."

"Check in was snow, the room guaranteed by 4:00 pm, I was there at 3:40pm and they won’t let us to the room till 4:00pm, this resort didn’t provide shampoo and conditioner, it is kind of weir."

"This resort was relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity. The only reason that I did not give it a perfect review was due to the really weird design of the window in the bedroom. It was a corner window that faced into the outdoor entrance to the condo. "We had a great, relaxing time while we were there. 3 pools along with 3 free BBQ grills to use. Next to the ocean and a golf course. We didn't need air conditioning since the trade winds either from over the mountains or the ocean keep the condo cool day and night. We will return again and request to stay at Kanaloa at Kona by OUTRIGGER again."
