"Overall good place to stay. Only having problem with the lift bank where with only one available to use going to park floor. Its so troublesome for waiting or if out of service."
"Beautiful, huge property. 4 restaurants, food ok and expensive .2 great pools and right on the beach. As a note...... it's very, very hot so the ocean is really warm. We ended up sitting by the pool. "
"Next level. This is truly a five star hotel in every way from the facilities to the staff. The location is directly across from the harbour and you can see the fishing boats coming and going.
An easy walk to the Sunday market and the night market. There are shopping centres close by for all your needs. Markets are across the road.
We had a sea view room which was spacious and lovely. Towels were white and fluffy. Bed linen luxurious and the beds and pillows were super comfortable.
The service...
"My stay at this hotel was rejuvenating.
The soothing sound of the sea, the breathtaking natural surroundings, and the courteous staff all contributed to a delightful experience."
"Friendliness of the hotel staff especially the front desk during check in and check out. Staffs are helpful too. No complaints, but keep up the good work"
"Very family oriented resort! Close to the Imago mall but it’s not walking distance. You can grab and go to everywhere very easily. There was no hair dryer in the room so I had to ask for one. Breakfast buffet was very superb with various options from Malaysian food to Korean. "

The service we received from the staff was next level. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff went above and beyond. We felt very welcomed and loved our 3 night stay.

"The family room we booked for 3 persons was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was huge and spacious. We enjoyed our stay. The front desk service staff - Irfan and Eva were very friendly and helpful. Irfan gave us some information and tips on where to eat and how to walk. He was very patient and smiley all the time. We were happy with the room and the service."
"Just back from 2 weeks there. Overall pretty good, but some areas are tired. Some rooms have been refreshed but ours wasn’t one of them.
Pool area needs more beds.
Breakfast a little repetitive.
Bar music needs more variety. Same cd every day for many days.
Lounge music in evenings tooooo loud.
Being a bit picky now.😄 Overall very good value.

"Bed was comfy, room seemed abit dated for a new hotel. Hinges of the shower were creaking and lots of dirt under the sink.
Hotel had terrible access road as we were driving, and parking was not available and had to park at govt issued parking on the road side.
A car next to us had its window smashed in one morning, and I guess that shows the lack of safety without own compound."

"Our stay was pleasant. The rooms were pretty and the views were amazing. Some things around need fixing and maintenance is due for so many things. However the staff and service were excellent. "
