"The property itself was well positioned as it was close to all ammenities with a lovely view also. However, the managing agent - Sunshine Coast Getaways- treated us very poorly indeed, as they accused us of withholding the key to the property upon our departure. With no reception desk to the property, the key was collected from and returned to a lock box with combination code. "Have stayed previously and returned because we like the motel and the location. Unfortunately, our room was near a lift and the continued ding of the lift especially from early morning was rather loud and disturbing. Perhaps the ding of the lift does not need to be on after all we are standing there waiting for it or the person getting out knows their exit. Also heard housekeeping knocking on door from what seemed like 7.30am and I think our room had a housekeeping storage room very close by...

"Everything was amazing apart from we had a cooktop in our room which we bought food for Mother’s Day breakfast and we couldn’t cook it as the cooktop was not working and then we were told it was working but we weren’t supplied with the correct pans for an induction cooktop. Very disappointing……."
