The staff was great but the room smelled like cigarettes. The room was for nonsmokers but for some reason, the smoke came into the bathroom from other rooms. I must say that price-quality-wise, it is a no-no.

Our air conditioner wasn’t working. Took about 7 calls/talks with the front desk. They did send someone who said it was fixed, it was not. Finally moved us to another room and the AC worked great. Don’t bother with the “American style sports bar” in the hotel. Food was terrible and overpriced. The breakfast buffet was amazing though. Great location, close to airport.

The only thing I don’t like is that I have to pay extra for early check-in of 45 British pounds. I’m a Marriot Bonvoy member and I don’t have a problem with early check-ins at all from before. Room is clean, buffet breakfast was good and very close to the airport.

The place is old and it shows. Pool and bar area closed. Very humid odour and the windows don’t open. AC is barely working and no fan in washroom. Not very good quality for the price charged.
