Property did not meet expectations. No advance info that bar and restaurant closed for renovation. No service except a tiny counter for coffee and tea. Lobby rug was soiled with obvious stains in many areas. Valet/transportation service was excellent.

This hotel and staff do not disappoint! Gill is incredible! He makes you feel right at home and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is memorable. He even recommends things to do, restaurants to visit, etc. the woman who checked us in at the front desk upon arrival has been there for over 30 years and you can tell by the level of service she gives that she loves what she does and loves who she does it for. Really incredible customer service which is sometimes hard to find these days. We will be back!

Great hotel - clean and welcoming. Coffee available 24/7 with ice and filtered water. Honesty bar for fizzy drinks. Staff extremely helpful and courteous.

Good, solid hotel in a great location if you want to be near the buzz of Soho. Rooms are a good size and service was excellent. Would definitely return.

I just can’t put into words how amazing this hotel is, my only complaint was my Bloody Mary was too spicy. The staff every single one of them were amazing with a special mention to our housekeeper who left our room perfect everyday. The guys on the door who were always cheerful and up for a chat about our day. I was in awe of the memorabilia around the hotel it really is very special, our room was amazing and looked over Times Square the bed was possibly the best bed I’ve ever slept in. I would have no hesitation in booking again in fact as I sit at JFK waiting for my flight home I’m discussing returning next year.
