"Room should be prepared with amenities such as fridge being workable, airconditioning turned on, and some moisturizer without being requested when you arrive. TV sounds needed a bit of maintenance. Not sure how good the spa is, tried to go in twice to inquire/book but there were no staff available in the spa room. "I expected less for the price. It was very nice. The buffet breakfast was a great variety of item’s. All kinds of coffee. Only negative is pool closed at 5 pm. That is so inconvenient. During the day we have activities and come back to the hotel and pool is closed. This makes no sense at all. You are not thinking of your customers."

"The Riviera Mansion Hotel in Manila is a very good hotel. The property around it is not. A short walk to the mall (Robinisons) made me and my wife feel unsafe. Lots of beggars, people sitting on the sidewalks etc, The only problem we had with the hotel was with the cafe. Some of the food simply did not taste good. The hotel was a very good stay. I will stay again when I have the opportunity But I wont walk to any other place again I'll take a taxi"
