"We like this Motel having stayed previously and will stay again. However, this time we arrived after hours on a public holiday. We looked forward to making a cup of tea but had no milk. We had a friendly text message from Peta earlier in the day advising of our unit number and key location. It was a surprise to read of their “Contactless Protocols” indicating no contact with staff available 😧"

"We liked everything about our stay, it was very clean and comfortable. The room had everything needed to make our stay super comfortable, it was roomy and felt like home. Reception was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant was closed but room service was available and our dinner was delicious. We’d love to visit again. "

"On check in Gabin was courteous and helpful. He had even sent a message earlier in the day just to clarify our arrival time. The hotel was clean and quiet even though plenty of rooms were occupied. We couldn’t hear any street noise. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. Parking was not an issue. The location made for easy access to shops and the motorway."

"Staff n service excellent. Food was delivered quickly and portions were on point. We dined in and had room service delivery, both times service was excellent. Housekeeping team were very friendly and my g/ daughters stuffed toys were nicely placed after our room was serviced each day."

"Have stayed previously and returned because we like the motel and the location. Unfortunately, our room was near a lift and the continued ding of the lift especially from early morning was rather loud and disturbing. Perhaps the ding of the lift does not need to be on after all we are standing there waiting for it or the person getting out knows their exit. Also heard housekeeping knocking on door from what seemed like 7.30am and I think our room had a housekeeping storage room very close by...
